The co***ny set up in 1999, covers totally 500000 square meters, with 30000 square meters production area, for manufacturing the auto cooling products includes radiators, charge air coolers, oil coolers. We are OE supplier of radiators for light trucks and commercial cars made in China. With a production capacity of 500 thousand of all kinds of radiators annually, we also find a steady overseas market.
The co***ny is staffed with over 200 employees, among which 30 are technicians, engineers who can proficiently make use of CAD/CAM, CAE, UG, PRO/E software for product design and development.
With the most advanced facilities and production process in nowadays, we are offering our customers the best quality in the industry. Our main equipments of the radiators include, high frequency seam welding tube machinery, computerized brazing furnace, fin mill, core assembly machine, punching machines, shearing machine, water tank assembly machines, ultrasonic cleaning machine, etc. Our testing instrument includes, vibration test equipment, salt spray lab, automatic air leakage tester, thermo cycle simulation test instrument, etc.
Our personnel are all experienced specialists in their fields, especially for our management and technicians, who are fully capable in technological innovations & optimization of the production and independent research & development. We have more than 600 models of radiators covers different application of Chinese, American, Japanese, European cars and trucks, and the product models are keep increasing.
In 2005, we passed ISO9001 quality certification. In 2009, we passed ISO/TS16949. In the same year, we start to implement LEAN SIX SIGMA management system, PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL system which assure our products be high quality and stable quality.
